What We Do
Express Catering was created 17 years ago when it's owner, Frank Fumich, had the realization that regional aircraft catering could be done in a much faster, more efficient, safer, and professional manner. He began his company with just one man, one truck, one airport, servicing 50 aircraft per day. Today Express Catering has more than 150 employees, a strong fleet of more than 30 catering trucks, operates in 3 airports in 3 different states, and services upwards of 800 flights per day across it's operations. It services aircrafts from deHavilland DASH 8s to Embraer 175s. The company was born during and survived through one of the most volatile periods in aviation travel history, and has adapted to an ever changing airline landscape...and stands strong, and poised ready for continued growth.
